1. Review source: Product Description
Your Hidden Money! shows you, in text, pictures and worksheets, how to put on a sale effectively. This is a special-edition digest on how to prepare for, organize and promote your own profitable yard sale, garage sale, estate sale, or block sale--with important tips to help you make a fistful of money.
Whether it's a dusty crate of car parts, box of out-grown children's toys or clothing, no-longer-needed tools, or just a conglomeration of things you no longer want, there is a gold mine of goods stashed in your attic or garage, and virtually all of the items that were destined for the trash could have value in a sale.
Your Hidden Money! guides you step by step through the process of planning, preparing for, advertising, setting a budget, pricing, setting out signs, and otherwise putting your best foot forward at the least expense to accomplish a successful sale.
Write in it, roll it up in your hip pocket, put it in your purse--this compact handbook should be at your fingertips from start to finish.
Favorable Customer Review
2002-02-25 Information-packed!: The author presents a concise, information-packed
book on effectively conducting your own garage sale.
From start to finish, he provides valuable tidbits of
enlightenment in areas I haven't seen covered in other
garage sale books.
A pleasure to read. You will not find this book itself for
sale at a garage sale - it's a keeper!

Unfavorable Customer Review
2003-08-30 Don't bother: This skinny-minny little booklet isn't worth it at all. Plus the author is very condescending in that he tries to make you feel like if you don't do everything exactly right (i.e. his way), your garage sale will be a dismal failure. I don't agree with that attitude, firstly, and secondly, he tells you almost nothing that you couldn't have either figured out on your own or found on the internet for the price of the internet connection you already have!
Summary: Google for garage sale websites for advice - don't waste your money.
